You can now find the program for the 54th INTERNATIONAL DIXIELAND FESTIVAL Dresden (May 10 to 17, 2026) on our new website. Advance ticket sales have begun – tickets are available directly through our online ticketing system. The website also provides details on the lineup of international, national, and Dresden-based bands and soloists, on venues, and on further important and useful information.
The “Tickets” section provides a clear summary of all information on purchasing tickets: tickets are available online via our website, by phone through the ticket hotline, by mail order, and at advance sales outlets in Dresden and the surrounding area. Dixie ticket packages and gift vouchers are also available. You will also find information on concessions and on bringing accompanying persons on this page.
Under the “Visitor information” menu item, festival guests will find comprehensive guidance on getting to Dresden and staying there. This includes details on using local public transport (ÖPNV), information for arriving by car – including recommendations for available parking spaces, parking zones, and parking garages, as well as updates on the current parking situation. Arriving by camper van, S-Bahn, or regional train is also explained. For people with disabilities, the section contains information on accessibility and support services so that all visitors can enjoy a comfortable and accessible festival experience.
And if you are a musician or band wishing to introduce yourself to the Dresden audience, you can now take advantage of the opportunity to apply for our 2nd “Open Stage.”
